The Beginnings
Celebrating athletic greats through the work of sports photographer Walter Iooss. The series begins with a look at the fates that pushed each GOAT to play their respective sports, plus their doubts about whether they could actually turn pro. Iooss is also featured as he gets his start in a rough and tumble field.

The GOATS become champions, and confront the double-edged sword of fame. Also featured is photographer Walter Iooss fighting the access barricades of top sporting events, then scoring big by photographing Michael Jordan behind the scenes for a year, culminating in the bestselling photo book "Rare Air."
